Condolence: Chuck and I grew up in the same neighborhood.We both worked for Ed Hess starting the golf course. Chuck was a master at fixing anything. We both worked for the telecommunications industry and we would stop by and talk about business when Chuck worked in Clarion. Sorry to hear of his passing. Chuck was a very good man and I am sure that family and friends are going to miss him for sure.
