Sara E. Mauck (Mauck)
Sara E. White Mauck, 94, of rural Bellefonte, died Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Mount Nittany Medical Center.
She was born February 27, 1923, at Zion, a daughter of the late Lyman and Florence Yarnell White.
She was married to Mahlon Mauck who preceded her in death.
In addition to being a homemaker Mrs. Mauck was employed at Penn State.
Surviving are two daughters, Elaine Smith (Terry) of Bellefonte, Marilyn Ferlez (Robert) of State College, and one son William Mauck Jr. of Canandaigua, New York; 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
In addition to her parents, and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Olenick.
Friends will be received from 10:30 to 11:30 am, Friday, September 15, 2017 at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Service, 1034 Benner Pike, State College, PA. The funeral will follow immediately at 11:30 am at the funeral home with the Reverend Kevin Shock officiating. Burial will be in Centre County Memorial Park.
