Obituary for Hazel Williams

Hazel  Williams
Hazel E. Williams, 94, of Lemont, died August 30, 2016, at the Hearthside nursing Facility.

Born November 24, 1921, in Axeman; A daughter of the late George and Rachel Fultz. In 1940, she married Casmer “Pete” Williams who preceded her in death on January 2, 1995. Four brothers and one sister also preceded her in death; Elmer Fultz, Grover Fultz, Gilbert Fultz, Cloyd Robb, and Arlene Robb.

Four Children survive her; Stephen of Benton, Sandra of State College, Michael of Bellefonte, and Lynda DeBrasky of Bellefonte. Seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren, also survive her.

She was employed for ten years as a janitor at Penn State University. She enjoyed gardening, button collecting, music, reading and was a member of the Lemont Garden Club.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Carnegie Library for the Blind, Library for the Blind and Physical Handicapped, 4724 Baum Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15213, or Pets Come First, 2451 General Potter Hwy., Centre Hall, PA 16828.

Services were held on September 2, 2016, at the Zion Cemetery, Bellefonte, PA.
